The Dog House appears to be a great place to go when you are "in trouble again."  The bar
provides both interior and exterior seating that looks onto King's Highway, the main highway through
Myrtle Beach.  You can see from their sign, that this bar is more than just beer and a wide selection
a name and orientation that is anything but "upscale" I was surprised at the wide range of foods
available.  Obviously, this bar is ready for those that will be in the Dog House for quite some time.
The atmosphere here is friendly and playful.  You will see on the "photo" page that the bar works in
a lot of playful uses of the name.

The bar doesn't have any draft beers.  All beers are served in bottles or cans.  The beers available
are primarily American Majors and are priced at $3.25.  "Foreign" beers, which we all know also
includes American craft beers are $3.75.  There is a selection of house wines and malt beverages
also.  It appeared to me that the focus was on mixed drinks and shots.  There must be some
customers in the area that have some pains to sooth.  HAPPY HOUR is from 4:00 - 7:00 on
weekdays when prices for domestic beers drop to $2.50 and "foreign" beers drop to $3.50.

The food menu has a wide selection of choices.  Appetizers generally run $6 - $7; most Sandwiches
cost $7 - 8; Seafood $9 - $22; Steaks $17 - 30; and other dishes range from $11 - $19.

The Dog House has live entertainment on Saturday night.

If you bring your dog to the Dog House, they are only served on the deck.  And, NO CATS are
allowed, nor will they be served!
