| The Horse and Barrel is a finely furnished British-style Pub in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. Originally established as a smoking pub in which customers were able to enjoy the finest cigars from around the world, the Pub needed to change radically when a "smoke-free" law was passed prohibiting smoking in enclosed public areas within the city of Lexington. The Pub still features the world's best beers and whisky's but no longer sells cigars. The dark woods and heavy leather on the chairs and couches makes for a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy the best in libations. |
| Comment 1 The Horse and Barrel truly brings back the memories of the finer old smoking pubs - just without the smoke now. The Pub has a long list of quality beers and whisky's.
