DAN NORTON has been the Master Brewer for
River City Brewing Co. for the past five years.
Dan started at the brewery as a wait-staff
member, but the general manager quickly found
his background in brewing helpful and moved
him into brewing when their previous Brew
Master left.
Dan got into brewing while still in high school.
His father introduced him to brewing and helped
him develop some techniques.
After starting the brewing process for a major
regional brewer, Dan worked under the tutelage
of a master brewer out of Kansas City for a year
before handling the responsibilities for River
City by himself.
