Restaurant Manager Matt Lewellen is excited
about the changes made in the restaurant this
past year and is looking forward to a greater
emphasis on great cooking with the new
owners. Matt has been instrumental in making
the changes and the improvements to the menu
and the quality of food produced shows his
careful oversight.
Matt conducts several special Brewer's Dinners
each year with special menu items carefully
chosen to match specialty brews being
released. These dinners allow patrons to enjoy
a specially prepared meal along with a beer
